Vortexeon agrees to treat any confidential information provided by the client with care and will not disclose such information to third parties unless required by law. The client agrees to the same confidentiality regarding Vortexeon’s proprietary methods, pricing, and processes.

7. Limitation of Liability

Vortexeon is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the services provided. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service that caused the issue.

8. Warranties and Disclaimers

We strive to provide high-quality software solutions, but we do not guarantee that our services will be free from defects or errors. The client is responsible for testing and reviewing all deliverables. We offer a reasonable period for error correction after project delivery, which will be defined in the project agreement.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a project by providing written notice. If the client terminates the project before completion, Vortexeon reserves the right to charge for work already performed. In case of termination by Vortexeon due to breach of these Terms by the client, all outstanding payments must be settled immediately.

10. Revisions and Scope Changes

Any requests for revisions or changes outside of the agreed project scope may result in additional charges and timelines. These will be outlined in a written agreement between Vortexeon and the client before any extra work begins.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Country/State]. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Location].
